Management team
Keith is a skilled client‐facing IT Project Manager with 16 years’ experience with customers in government, education, insurance, police and health sectors. He has the ability to architect tailor‐ made solutions, build relationships, communicate solutions strategy, and provide technical expertise and support to customers. In 2021, Keith spearheaded the ISO9001 accreditation.
Paul has been working with pTools for over 10 years and has primary responsibility for technical issues within the company. He oversees the technical staff and is the head of development. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
Pavel has been working in pTools for over 10 years and has the responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of large‐scale applications. He works with clients and technical staff to ensure that ensure all requirements are documented and delivered successfully. Pavel has a Master’s in Engineering and Industrial Design and is a fully qualified in Prince project Management Techniques.
Vimal is the head of the Finance and Accounts. He oversees the finance team and ensures all the tax and compliances are delivered on time. Vimal holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance.
Archana is the Operations Officer and manages the business operations, planning, coordination and delivering services to the clients. She also oversees company policies and monitors compliance at the organisation.
